Germany is preparing to pass a new law that would make millions of sealed Nazi documents available to families and researchers. This will no doubt create an even larger stream of material on Holocaust related topics.
French pocket Armenian bill
France has apparently shelved a bill that would make it a crime to deny the Armenian genocide. With pressure from Turkish officials, many of whom dispute the claim that 1.5 million Armenians were killed, the French have decided to table the bill until October.
